    Sweet potato, 1 sweetpotato, 5" long grated
    *Canola Oil, 1tsp
    Salt, 1/2 tsp


Heat oil in a pan and add cumin followed by sweet potatoes. Stir and add salt. Stir again to mix the salt and cover and cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
