    2# ground beef, (brown and defat)
    2-3 large onions
    2 qts fat free, low salt chicken broth
    chopped carrots (3-4)
    chopped potatoes (3-4)
    garlic (chopped) as you like
    tomatoes (whole or large can)
    cinnamon and cloves (as you like)
    hot sauce (as and if you like)
    2 cups raisins (or 1 cup as you like)
    1 med. jar olives with pimentos (drained)

    Brown onions, brown beed, defat, combine add broth, bring to simmer, add vegetables and fruits, simmer until done.

    Serve over rice, with taco shells or just eat as soup. Will thicken, add water as necessary.
