Ingredients

    3 cups cubed potatoes
    1 cup carrots
    1 cup broccoli
    ½ cup chopped onions
    ½ pkg bacon
    3 cups water
    2 cubes chicken bouillon
    2 can cream of chicken soup
    1-8oz Velveeta cheese

Directions

• 1st step—Cut all veggies—potatoes, carrots, broccoli, & onions
• 2nd step—Boil potatoes
• 3rd step while potatoes are boiling sauté bacon in stock pot
• 4th step—add water and bring to a boil. Then add bouillon and carrots. Cook carrots for a couple minutes, then add the onion and broccoli.
• 5th step—know add the cream of chicken soup. Bring back to boil.
• 6th step—you may know add the potatoes if done.
• 7th step—Turn the heat to low and add Velveeta cheese. Let melt and stir often.
