    Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth, 1 cup, 5 serving
    1 cup water
    Kale, 4 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Carrots, raw, 1 medium shredded
    Garlic, 2 cloves, crushed
    Ginger Root, 4 tsp, grated
    Parsley, .5 cup, chopped
    Celery eed, 1/4 tsp
    *Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp
    cashews, raw, 0.5 cup


Combine water, kale and onion and start boiling as you continue to add the remaining ingredients. After everything is in the pot and the mixture comes to a boil, cover and simmer for another 15 minutes or until vegetable are tender. Carefully blend in a few batches. Return soup to the pot and reheat if necessary. Serve immediately or allow to cool before storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
