Ingredients

    4 eggs
    1 can of milk
    1 stick of butter, salted
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 cup flour
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 (5-1/3 cups) package Baker Angel Flake Coconut, sweetened
    2 9-inch deep dish pie crusts

Tips

Store leftover in refrigerator. Pies can be frozen and used later.


Directions

In a large bowl beat eggs, combine milk, sugar, flour, butter and vanilla, add coconut; pour into 2 9-inch pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center of pie is set and top is golden brown. Serve warn or allow to cool on rack.
