    Red Kidney Beans
    White Beans
    Pinto/Chili Beans
    Lite Beer
    Tomato Sauce
    Diced Tomatoes


May add shredded cheese on top but make sure to add calories of cheese to total.


Drain beans, dice onion, zucchini, and squash. Put all ingredients in a pot and simmer for 30 minutes. Add seasonings, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cheyenne, garlic, for flavor.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings of 2 cups each
