Ingredients

    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cup
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup
    Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 2 cup
    1.75 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1 cup Splenda (measures like sugar)

Directions

Mix ingredients. Spray pie pan with nonstick spray. Pour into pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes and then 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

    Thissounds pretty good. I don't like the crust on pumpkin pie to begin with, so I am betting that this tastes great! - 1/2/08
