Ingredients

    1.5 Cups cooked minute brown rice
    1 Cup reduced calorie mayo
    1 large apple, diced
    1 TBSP lemon juice
    2 Cups diced cooked turkey
    1 Cup diced celery
    1 Cup seedless green grapes, cut in half or quarters


Directions

Prepare rice as per directions; mix all ingredients in a bowl with a lid. Chill for a couple of hours before serving.
