Ingredients

    1 cup almond milk
    1 cup frozen mango chunks
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    3 tbsp hemp hearts

Tips

Add a splash more of almond milk if blender gets stuck.


Directions

Place ingredients in a blender and mix for 3 minutes or until very well blended.
