Ingredients

Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) Peas, canned, 1 can
    Green Beans, can, 2 cans
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Tomato Paste, 2 can
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    *Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Sage, ground, .25 tsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, .25 tsp
    Basil, .5 tsp
    Italian seasoning, 4 tsp
    Brown Sugar, 2 tsp packed
Chili Powder 3 to 4 tbsp

Directions

In a large pan combine the tomato paste w/ a little water stirring with a whisk. Continue this until it has a consistancy of the Tomato Sauce. Then add the Tomato Sauce. Add a little more water until the pan is about half full. Open the cans of vegtables and drain them. Then add them to the tomato sauce.
Peel and dice the potatoes and onion. Add them to the rest.
Add enough water to fill the pan to the top leaving room to stir.
Add the spices, let cook until the potatoes are done.
Note: The potatoes may be slightly crisp on the outside but completely soft on the inside. This is normal. Cook them until you are happy.
I welcome you to try different spices if the ones I add to mine.
