Introduction

I add a 1/3 cup of my peanut sauce to this recipe. I add a 1/3 cup of my peanut sauce to this recipe.

Ingredients

    1# boneless beef sirloin, cut in thin strips
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    2 14oz cans of beef broth
    1/3 cup peanut sauce
    3oz egg noodles
    2 cups broccoli florets
    1/2 cup green onions

Directions

1. In a large pot brown beef strips in hot oil over medium heat. Add beef broth and poeanut sauce; bring to a boil.
2. Stir in noodles and reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 4 minutes, stirring occasionally to separate noodles. Add broccoli; return to boiling. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 3-4 minutes more or just until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
3. Divide beef and noodle mixture among 4 bowls. Sprinkle with green onions and serve.
