    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 20 grams(remove)
    Cucumber (with peel), 3 grams(remove)
    Baby Carrots, raw, 0.5 medium(remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 grams(remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 ring (3" dia, 1/4" thick)(remove)
    Turkey breast meat, 15 grams(remove)
    *Kraft Parmasan Grated Cheese, 0.5 tbsp(remove)
    Bean Medley, 0.5 serving(remove)
    3 small cherry tomatoes


Wash and pat dry all ingediants except Parmasan cheese .
Slice and arrange Tomatoes Cucumber,Peppers Avocado, Bean medley, Lettuce, Carrot, Turkey, on a small plate.
Sprinkle with Parmasan cheese and enjoy!!
