Introduction

This recipe came about one evening when my husband wanted some slaw for dinner and I didn't have any slaw dressing. It's pretty tasty! Ingredients

    1/4 c Juice, V8 Fusion Light - Peach MangoMayonnase
    2 tbsp EVOO, Helman's
    2 Tbsp Ranch Dressing Low Fat
    2 Tbsp Newman's Own Lighten Up Light Italian Dressing
    1/2 Packet Member's Mark Stevia

    1/4 c shredded Onion - Red/Purple
    12 oz Shredded Cabbage, savoy, fresh
    1/2 Packet Member's Mark Stevia or to tasted
    Black pepper to taste

Directions

Wisk together the liquid ingredients and pour over vegetables. Toss. Serve immediately or refrigerate to marry the flavors.
