    8oz. Tilapia
    5tsp. Taco Seasoning
    3Tbs. Lemon Juice
    8 6" Corn Tortillas


Cut Tilapia filets into 1in. by 1in pieces. Mix Taco Seasoning and Lemon Juice together in a deep bowl with a lid, or a plastic baggie also works really well. Add fish to "sauce" and coat well.

Heat frying pan over medium/high heat and add Fish. Let fish cook all the way through breaking it up as it cooks. It will take about 15 minutes to cook.

Heat tortillas and fill them with the fish.

I like to top mine with off with my special sauce, and some fresh cilantro.

Makes 8 tacos.
