Ingredients

    1 lrg. chicken breast or 2 s breasts, cooked and shredded
    1.5 c. Sour Cream
    1 c. Salsa
    8 Corn tortillas (or more, depending on the size and shape of your dish)
    1 c. Chicken broth

Tips

May need less chicken broth- want enough to moisten the tortillas, but not so that it is swimming in broth.


Directions

completely cover the bottom of a casserole dish with tortillas. Mix sour cream and salsa together. Layer sour cream mixture and chicken. Add another layer of tortillas, s/c, and chicken. top with cheese. Bake at 350 F until cheese is bubbly and dish is heated through, about 20 minutes.

Serving Size: in 2 qrt dish, serves 6, about 1 cup servings
