Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    *Flour, white, 2 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 2 cup
    Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Water, tap, 3/4 cup
    *Canola Oil,3/4 cup
    Carrots, raw, 3 cup, grated

    Cream Cheese Frosting
    Cream Cheese, 8 oz
    Butter, unsalted, 1/4 cup
    Powdered Sugar, 1 lb
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp

Directions

Mix the flour, sugar, soda, powder, cinnamon and salt in large mixing bowl. beat eggs with water, and oil and add to flour mixture. Fold in the carrots.
Bake at 350 in a tube pan or several mini loaf pans for 50-60 minutes.

frost with cream cheese frosting which is the all the ingredients to frosting beaten till smooth.

Serving Size: 12 generous slices or you could cut smaller. I did the nutrition for 12 slices
