Curried Butternut Squash Soup

One 20 oz bag of frozen butternut squash
One medium onion
One Tbsp of curry powder
3-4 oz Chicken broth
You may need to add a touch more broth if it seems too thick.
In a good nonstick pan you will not need to add any butter or oil to cook the onions. If you are afraid it might stick you can add some broth or water and simmer the onions that way as well.
Cut onion into a rough chop and add to medium frying pan. Cook over medium heat until slightly transparent. Add curry powder and cook for one minute (to remove the bitterness)
Combine onion mixture and squash with all the liquid from the pot and pan in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
