Ingredients

    Sirloin Steak - Thin cut (157g steak trimmed of fat)
    Shallot per 50 gram (remove)
    Schwartz Garlic Granules, 0.7 gram(s) 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 2 tsp
    Butter, unsalted, 10 grams
    Brandy, 20 gram(s)
    Salt - Sea - 1/4 tsp., 0.25 tsp
    Elmlea single cream, 50 gram(s)

Directions

Step 1

Melt the butter in a large frying pan and fry the onions and Garlic for 3-4 minutes until softened. Remove from the pan.

Step 2

Press the Mixed Peppercorns with Spice onto the steaks and fry in the pan according to taste. Transfer to a serving plate with the onions.

Step 3

Add the brandy to the pan and pour in the cream. Bring to the boil, stirring. Season with salt to taste
