Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    3 zuccinis
    1 pkg shredded Italian cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray casserole dish. Brown ground beef, season to taste. Meanwhile, clean and dice zucchini. Drain cooked ground beef, add to dish with zucchini and drained tomatoes. Mix with spoon before covering with cheese. Bake 25-30 mins.
