    1 cups All Purpose flour
    1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries chopped
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 egg beaten
    1 teaspoon grated orange peel
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt


Remove seeds from pomegranate and set aside. Then, to prepare bread, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in yogurt, vanilla and mashed banana. Add flours, baking soda and salt and mix well. Gently fold in pomegranate seeds and cranberries. Spoon batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

    Where are the pomegranates in this recipe - Does it include both cranberries & pomegranates? If so, what is the measurement for each? - I'm loaded with fresh pomegranates & looking for recipes that use them. Any help is appreciated! - 8/10/17
