Ingredients

    5 Parsnips - peeled
    4 Carrots - peeled
    Garlic 5 cloves
    tumeric 4 tsp
    bay leaves 3
    celery - 2 sticks
    chillis - dried (as many as you can stand)
    1 pt chicken stock from cube or fresh


Directions

boil everything together until all the veg is tender. remove the bay leaves and chillies and then whiz up with a hand blender. serve or keep in the fridge
