Ingredients

    16 oz walnuts
    3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 stick of butter
    1/4 tsp salt

Tips

Let cool for an hour before serving. DO NOT PLACE ON WAXED PAPER! I just pull foil sheet off cookie sheet and let cool on counter. Wax paper will stick and never come undone.


Directions

Melt butter in pan on medium heat, add brown sugar, vanilla and salt, cook 2 minutes or until all ingredients are melted. Place Walnuts on foil-lined cookie sheet. Pour mixture over walnuts and stir to coat. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes stirring once halfway through.

Serving Size: Makes 16 servings
