Ingredients

    1 cup fresh spinach
    1 cup spring mix salad
    .5 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
    .5 cup chopped cucumber
    1 hard boiled egg, chopped
    1 small thinly sliced onion
    1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
    3 slices crisp cooked bacon
    2 tbsp Cucumber Ranch dressing
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar dressing

Directions

Cook chicken and bacon.
Chop all ingredients and mix together.
Toss with dressing and serve.
