1/2 cup frozen sliced strawberries
1/2 cup zucchini
1/2 cup baby spinach
2 tbsp hemp hearts
1 cup Vanilla Silk (soy milk)
Tips
add wheat grass, kale or dandelion greens for added nutritional value.
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender or magic bullet, with spinach closest to the blades. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
