Introduction

Ingredients

    Salad:
    1 bag of baby spinach (1 pound)
    1/2c pecan pieces
    3/4c reduced fat feta
    1/2c Craisins

    Dressing:
    2T white wine vinegar
    2T cider vinegar
    3T canola oil
    1/4c sugar
    1T toasted sesame seeds
    1t minced onion
    1/8t paprika

Tips

The dressing van be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for weeks to use as you want it.


Directions

In a large bowl combine spinach, pecans, feta, and craisins.
To prepare dressing whisk all ingredients in a medium bowl.
Just before serving pour dressing over salad and toss well to coat.
