    15 gram lite cream cheese spread.
    4 thin slices of Cucumber skin on .
    2 Cherry Tomato's.
    15 grams Bega so extra light and tasty Cheese


Spread Cream Cheese thinly on Crisp bread.
Grate Carrot and Bega cheese and add to Crisp bread,add sliced Cucumber and sliced Tomatoes.
