Introduction

Ingredients

    .75 Cup 1% milk
    .5 cup plain greek yogurt
    .5 Tbsp vanilla
    1Tbsp honey
    1.5 packets Truvia or Stevia
    .5 Cup frozen raspberries
    .5 Cup frozen peaches

Tips

I like to process the frozen fruit a little before adding the other ingredients, if my blender or processor is not really good. Other things to add - cocoa, banana, wheat germ, almonds, tofu.


Directions

Put everything into a blender and process until smooth.
Transfer into a cup and enjoy!
