Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb Chicken Breast (boneless, skinless)
    1 can Butter Beans (drained)
    I can Ro*Tel (undrained)
    2 cups Chicken Broth
    1 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper
    1/4 cup sliced Green Onions
    1/4 cup chopped Red Onions
    1 packet Taco Seasoning
    1 bag of Frozen Sweet Corn
    2 cups dry Whole-Wheat macaroni

Tips

Use your own taco seasoning, or a low sodium chicken broth to make this recipe even healthier


Directions

Put chicken breast, beans, Ro*Tel, broth, peppers, onions, corn and seasoning in crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 8 hours. During the last hour add macaroni, remove chicken and shred, add back into chili. Garnish as preferred.
