Introduction

This is my daily after workout and/or Run. Very filling and tasty. This is my daily after workout and/or Run. Very filling and tasty.

Ingredients

    Almond Milk - 1 1/2 cups
    Flaxseed (milled) - 2 TBSP
    Wheat Germ - 2 TBSP
    Berry Medley - 1 cup
    *Whey Protein - 1 scoop

    I use Body Fortress Strawberry Whey Protein - very good and mixes well.

    **Berry Medley consist of blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries.

Tips

I sugest putting the almond milk and adding the flaxseed/wheat germ last. This will aleviate the flax/wheat germ settling at the bottom.


Directions

combine all ingredients and blend. Add some Agave nectar (I prefer the XAgave blue/white, it is less processed with inulins and calcium)
