Ingredients

    3 lbs chicken breast split on the bone.
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 cup chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    any other seasoning you may want to add.
    1 16oz pkg. reames home-style egg noodles.

Tips

You can add another package of noodle if you want.


Directions

put carrots, and onion and seasoning and chicken covered with water in a dutch oven. Bring to a boil cover and turn down to simmer. Simmer for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, remove chicken. Add the chicken broth, and noodles stir to separate and bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes. Add chicken stir and serve when reheated. enjoy
