Ingredients
-
Ingredients (Crepe):
1 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Water
2 Tablespoons butter, melted
2 Eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
Ingredients (Filling):
2 Medium Bananas
8 Tablespoons Nutella, warmed
Tips
Use a flat-bottom pan to make the crepe even thickness all over.
Directions
Warm a pan on the stove on medium heat. If not a non-stick pan, oil lightly.
Whisk ingredients together well.
Pour 1/4 of batter into the pan.
Tilt pan around spreading batter out evenly.
While crepe is cooking, cut bananas into thin slices.
Warm up Nutella so it drizzles well--I put mine in a Tupperware and microwaved for 30 seconds on high.
When the bottom is beginning to brown, use a spatula and flip the crepe carefully.
Add 1/2 a banana worth of slices, and about 2 tablespoons of Nutella to the crepe.
When the second side has browned slightly, fold crepe and allow to cook for another minute or so to warm all the way through.
Make the other crepes.
Serve warm and enjoy!
