Ingredients

    3.5 quarts or 14 cups of water
    5 vegetable broth cubes (intended for 10 cups of water)
    1 whole cabbage
    1 whole green bell pepper
    1 whole red onion
    3 lean hamburger patties
    4 eggs
    1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

Directions

Heat broth to a boil
Add cabbage, bell peppers and red onion and cook until tender

Add the following to the broth and turn off burner:
4 mixed eggs
3 cooked ham burger patties
1 cup frozen vegetables

Add pepper and spice to taste.

Serving Size: Makes Makes 18 1-cup servings
