Ingredients
-
2 cups Whole Wheat Flour (Organic if possible)
2 tsp Baking Powder (Non-Alum if possible)
1/4 cup Olive Oil (Extra Virgin if possible)
3/4 cup Water (Filtered if possible)
1 tsp to taste of each: Rosemary, Oregano (or what ever herbs and spices you prefer) (non-irradiated herbs and spices if possible)
1 tsp Sea Salt to taste (Non-Refined, Non-Iodized if possible)
Tips
I like to saute, very lightly, a variety of vegetables such as onions, green peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, etc. This softens them slightly and removes some of the moisture so you don't have a soggy pizza crust.
Of course you can add meat if you want, I would only add cooked meats because of the short cooking time.
Tomato sauce and your favorite cheese round out your toppings (and olives or sundried tomatoes if you like).
Enjoy!
