    1/4 Advocado.
    2 Tablesp of Low Fat Cottage Cheese .
    I Tablesp of chopped spring onion.
    2 sliced Gherkins.
    3 Cherry Tomato's

Directions

Spread Cottage Cheese on Cruskies.
Sprinkle with the chopped tops and bottoms of Spring Onions, add sliced Advocado, then sliced Gherkins top with Sliced Cherry Tomato's
