Introduction

Home made Chili, Chili Cheese Fritos and lowfat cheese Home made Chili, Chili Cheese Fritos and lowfat cheese

Ingredients

    20 oz 93/7 Ground Beef
    1 14.5 oz can basil, garlic tomatoes
    1 14.5 oz can plain tomatoes
    1 8 oz can tomato sauce
    2 packets of chili seasoning

    1 oz (per serving) Chili Cheese Fritos
    1 oz (per serving) 2% cheddar cheese

Tips

This is really good topped with low fat sour cream in place of the cheese.


Directions

Brown ground beef in large skillet and drain well. Put meat back into skillet. Add in all cans of tomatoes and sauce, and both packets of chili seasoning. Mix well and let cook on medium heat until heated through (doesn't take but just a few minutes so I don't suggest leaving it unattended). Serve hot chili over Fritos and top with cheese.

Serving Size: makes 6 1-cup servings
