    3 cups raw chopped, peeled carrots
    3 cups fresh chopped sweet potatos
    2 Tbsp Brummel and Brown Yogurt Spread (Margarine)
    2 tsp kosher salt
    3 tsp paked brown sugar
    1 Tbsp cinnamon


boil carrots and sweet potatos together till tender
approx 10 to15 min. depending on size of chop
drain carrots and potatos mash or blend depending on your preference
add seasonings and yogurt spread finish mashing/blending till well incorporated
serving size is 1 cup
