Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey meat
    1 can corn
    1 can black beans
    salsa
    cheese, shredded ( I like pepper jack)
    lettuce
    tomatoes (optional)
    whole wheat tortilla
    taco seasoning

Directions

Put Whole Wheat Tortilla in either a oven safe bowl or a tortilla shaped pan. Bake till crispy.
Cook ground turkey meat, add taco seasoning. Add Black beans, corn and salsa.
Place lettuce in baked tortilla, top with turkey mix. place shredded cheese on top.
