Frozen or fresh Tilapia fillets (as many that you are thinking of making)
1/2-1 cup Lemon or lime juice
    1 cup melted butter

Tips

it is best to put the Tilapia fillets on aluminum foil. (on a baking sheet) =)

Directions

Thaw the fish out if frozen, this will take about 10 min.
pour the lemon or lime juice into a small bowl, set aside.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, or a bowl in the microwave, set aside.
Once the fillets are thawed out, take them and put them on a baking sheet covered w/ aluminum foil. Use a kitchen brush to base the fillets in lemon (or lime) juice. Do the same with the butter. sprinkle the Granulated garlic or garlic salt on the fillets. You can also use your favorite seasoning for this!
