7 Medium Sized Mushrooms
1 cup cubed eggplant
1 Brown Onion
1/2 Cup Spring onions
2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Heat Oil in Frying pan
Add onion, Eggplant & Garlic cook until transperant
Slice Mushrooms and add too pan, let them cook down
