    6 eggs, beaten
    2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 tablespoon Cheddar Cheese per muffin


Spray 6-muffin muffin pan with cooking spray. Divide the beaten egg evenly among the muffin cups. Add a bit of bacon and one tablespoon cheese to each and stir in with a fork. Bake at 375 for approximately 10 minutes. Be careful not to overcook!

    Great, easy, convinient breakfast. Have been making these muffins for years. Can vary by using chives, green onions, chopped mushroom, green peppers and much more. - 7/11/13

  • I made with sausage instead this time. Yummy, easy and great to make ahead and reheat for a quick meal.
    Made it without cupcake liners the 1st time & though I did spray the muffin tins they were very difficult to get out and a pain to clean, used liners this time & sprayed them too, much easier!
