    2.5lbs - Ground Chuck
    32oz - Elbow Macaroni
    29oz - Diced Tomatoes (No Salt)
    46oz - Tomato Juice (No Salt)
    5tsp - Garlic Powder
    5tsp - Onion Powder


You can also add onions and peppers to the meat while it is cooking for even more flavor along with spices. If you want it to remain low sodium you need to leave out the salt as much as possible. Instead of using ground chuck you can also use ground turkey or chicken.


Boil water and cook the noodles (do not add salt to the water). While the water and noodles are going brown the meat. When the noodles are done strain them then put back into pan adding the meat, tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder and juice. All them to cook all together for approximately another 10 more minutes or until hot.
