Bob's Red Mill 100% Stone Ground Whole Grain Medium Grind Cornmeal, .5 cup
Bob's Red Mill Natural Raw Wheat Germ, .5 cup
Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1 cup
Salt, .5 tsp
Baking Powder, 1 tsp
Organic cane sugar, 2 Tbsp
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Organic Valley Organic Whole Milk, 1 cup
Smart Balance Buttery Spread, salted, .25 cup (melted)
Tips
Eat when warm.
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl.
Mix egg, milk and melted butter in separate bowl.
Add egg, milk and butter to dry ingredients and mix until wet (batter will be thick).
Pour into 12 greased muffin tins or paper cups.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 12 Muffins
