Introduction

I was craving pizza the other day but really didn't want to waste my calories(or money!). I came up with these and Loved making them in my little toaster oven. Ingredients

    1 Bagel thin
    2 TBS pizza sauce
    8 pepperoni slices(thin)
    2 tsp diced onion
    2 tsp diced/chopped mushroom
    4 tbs shredded Italian blend cheese

Tips

I like to play with different toppings. Feel free to choose your favorites. The calories are calculated for the ingredients listed. ***If you line your baking sheet with parchment paper before putting your bagels down, there is much less clean up.


Directions

Open your bagel thins and lay them on a toaster oven pan, cut side up. Spread each thin with 1 TBS sauce(I dont like a lot of sauce, but feel free to add more). Sprinkle on remaining ingredients making sure cheese is evenly distributed on the top.
Place in toaster oven at high temperature for 7 minutes or until cheese is bubble. Take out and allow to rest for 2 minutes before enjoying(this ensures it doesn't fall apart while your eating it. ENJOY!

Serving Size: This makes 1 serving, but two little pizza
