Ingredients

    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    8 slices Sara Lee Whole Wheat bread (ground up for bread crumbs)
    2 eggs
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 medium onion diced
    3 cloves garlic minced
    salt and pepper to taste

    optional: Ketchup

Tips

If you wait and put the ketchup on in the plate these are easy to store in a ziploc bag.


Directions

Mix ingredients together in a bowl. Then place a serving inside 12 muffin tins. These will be filled to the top without going over. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serving Size: 2 muffins = 1 serving (recipe makes 6 servings.
