Ingredients

    1 C Vanilla Almond Milk
    1/2 C frozen mixed fruit
    1/4 C fresh baby spinach
    1 tsp flax seed meal

Tips

For additional flavor, or to change the consistency, add some Greek yogurt. Every now and then I add Vanilla Greek yogurt to change it up a bit.


Directions

Throw it all in a blender and blend until smooth.
