Ingredients

    225g broken GF biscuits (made into crumbs)
    100g margarine
    2tbs golden syrup
    1 tbs cocoa powder
    100g dark or milk cooking chocolate (broken up)
    75g marshmallows (chopped into smaller pieces)
    75g chopped mixed nuts (roughly chopped)

Tips

Crush the biscuits in a plastic bag with a rolling pin or whizz in a food processor.
Melt the chocolate mixture 15-20 secs at a time in the microwave - watch carefully or it will burn!!
For a slightly more "healthy" snack, replace the marshmallows with 50g dried cranberries.


Directions

Line a 7-8" inch tin with baking paper or cling film. Put the margarine, syrup, cocoa and chocolate in a suitable bowl and melt together slowly in a microwave. Allow to cool slightly then stir in the marshmallows ans nuts. Press into the tin, cool and put in the fridge. When cold cut into pieces.
