Ingredients

    0.59 lb Boneless Pork Tenderloin
    8 stalks Celery
    1 tbsp Lite Soy Sauce
    2 tsp Corn Starch
    2 tbsp Canola Oil
    1 tbsp Shallots
    2 tsp Garlic
    30 gms Ginger

Directions

Cut pork into about 3/4 inch wide slices. Marinade them with the Lite Soy Sauce and Corn Starch for at least 30 minutes.

Whilst waiting for the pork to be marinade, clean ginger root by brushing off sand under the faucet. Slice ginger root thinly. Peel and chopped the shallots and garlic. Rinse and cut Celery and cut them into 2" length.

Preheat the wok for 1-2 minutes on high heat. Pour in the Canola Oil and then add in the ginger root. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes, add in the shallots and garlic and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes. Add in pork and stir fry till pork is cooked. Dish pork out. Stir Fry celery for a couple of minutes. Put pork back in and add a little water and stir fry for a little bit.
