Ingredients

    1 cup vanilla soy milk
    1/2 t vanilla
    1 scoop protien powder
    1 banana (frozen preferred)
    1 cup strawberries
    1/2 cup blueberries
    Optional: mango, pineapple, peach, etc.
    Optional: sweeten with honey, stevia or agava

Directions

Add protien powder to soy milk with blender running at slow speed to prevent sticking, then add fruit and process on high until smooth.

Serving Size: makes one 12 oz serving
