Introduction

Started with a beef teriyaki recipe, substituted and added veggies, and voila! yummy! Started with a beef teriyaki recipe, substituted and added veggies, and voila! yummy!

Ingredients

    1 pound large shrimp, peeled, deveined, cooked
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup chicken broth
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 bags sugar snap pea stirfry mix
    1 can diced pineapple

Directions

Mix soy sauce, chicken broth, olive oil, ginger, sugar and garlic. Add shrimp and pineapple and marinate, refrigerated, for at least one hour.

Cook veggies and shrimp mixture (use leftover marinade with veggies) until heat through.
