Ingredients

    *Kirkland Stir Fry Vegetable Blend (85 g or 1 c), 5 cup
    *La Choy Stir Fry Orange Ginger Sauce Marinade, the whole bottle
    Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 5 oz
    Birds Eye Steam fresh Sugar Snap Peas- ss-2/3 cup, the whole bag
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 8 tbsp
    *Sauce - Soy Sauce - La Choy, 2 tbsp

Directions

(we used an arm roast we had previously made for dinner) Cut roast while veggies are frying in (we used) olive oil. Drain veggies and fry roast in more olive oil and soy sauce. Add veggies to pan with roast and marinade. Simmer for awhile. Serve and enjoy.
